Privacy notice
Last updated 11 October 2026. This page describes what this website actually does with your information.
Who we are
loudcrowd.digital is published by Loud Crowd IT Ltd, trading as LoudCrowd (company number 10278925, registered office 3 Railway Court, Doncaster DN4 5FB). We are the data controller. Contact: enquiries@loudcrowd.agency, 01302 965482.
What we collect and why
Contact and enquiry forms
The contact form collects your first and last name, company, business postcode, email address and message. The short "what's your biggest problem" box collects your name, email and the option you pick. Campaign sign-up forms collect business name, contact name, email, sector and website; businesses that confirm may be listed publicly on that campaign's page. We use these to reply to you and, where you've asked, to prepare a proposal. Lawful basis: steps at your request before a contract (UK GDPR Art 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Each submission is emailed to us through Brevo (our email provider): to our main mailbox, with a safety copy to a second LoudCrowd mailbox and, temporarily since 8 October 2026 while we fix a delivery problem, a copy to a Google Gmail mailbox we control. Your IP address, the page you submitted from and the time are included in those emails. Submissions are automatically screened for spam patterns and labelled, never blocked. This website does not store submissions in a database. Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and no longer than 12 months unless you become a client.
AI visibility checker
Step 1 asks only for a website address. We fetch that site's pages (homepage, robots.txt, sitemap, llms.txt) to produce a score. Every completed check is emailed to us with the address, score, the page you came from and your IP address, even if you don't give an email. If you ask for the fix list by email (step 2), we email it to you and a copy to ourselves, and your email and website address are added to our CRM (GoHighLevel, tagged "AI visibility checker"). We may follow up once or twice; reply STOP and we won't.
Fix-It Plan checkout
Starting a checkout sends us the website address, the tier chosen and your IP address by email. Payment is taken on a GoHighLevel payment page (link.fastpaydirect.com), not on this site, so we never see your card details.
Forms on our other sites
Enquiries sent on loudcrowd.agency and tanningsalonwebsites.co.uk are relayed to this site for delivery, so this site processes those visitors' details and IP addresses in the same way.
Cookies and tracking
This site's own code stores one thing in your browser: your cookie choice (local storage keylc_consent, with a timestamp), which is never sent to us. Nothing optional loads until you choose.
Three pages, /ai-check/, /is-your-website-invisible-to-ai/and /fix-it-plan/, can load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, but only if you accept advertising cookies in the banner. With your consent it sends page-view and event data (such as "check completed" or "lead") to Meta and may set Meta's cookies; Meta uses this for measurement and advertising under its own privacy policy. Without consent, nothing from Meta is requested. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. No analytics tools run on this site.
Location pages offer a Google Map that loads only when you press "Show map"; until then Google is not contacted. Fonts are served from our own site.
Who else processes your data
- Cloudflare: hosting; handles every request (IP address, browser details, page requested).
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): delivers our notification emails.
- Google: the temporary Gmail copy of enquiries; Google Maps on location pages.
- Meta Platforms: the pixel on the three pages above.
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: our CRM (checker email requests) and payment pages.
Cloudflare, Google, Meta and GoHighLevel are global or US-based services; transfers outside the UK rely on the UK's adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses. Brevo processes in the EU.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, or withdraw from any follow-up. Email enquiries@loudcrowd.agency. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We update this page when the site's processing changes, and change the date at the top.
